Notice: to avoid the confusion between Hán(韩) and Han(汉), in Hán, tone symbol is included. Kingdom of Han was not included because Liu Bang, King of Han later became the first emperor of Han Dynasty. Many of the kingdoms listed were abolished during Chu-Han Contention but a lot of them survived well into Han Dynasty.
