Aleksei Antonov
Aleksei Innokentievich Antonov (Алексей Иннокентьевич Антонов) (1896-1962) was a General of the Army of the Soviet Army, the only Soviet general awarded with the Order of Victory. Son of a Tsarist artillery officer - 1921 Graduated Frunze Military Academy

- 1942 – 1945 Head Operations Directorate his job was to liaison with other officers and inform Stalin of the military situations. He took part in the preparations of the Offensive on Berlin. By 1944 he became Chief Spokesman and was present at the Yalta and Potsdam Conferences. At the Yalta Conference he briefed the Western Allies on how the Allies could aid Soviets by bombing lines of communications which led to the Dresden raid.
