Career
As Ahmed Johnson, he would work in the World Wrestling Federation roughly from 1995 to 1998. When the WWF (now WWE) began to move away from the it's family-friendly image and towards the "Attitude Era" in order to compete with the popular World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Johnson like many other WWF wrestlers at that time, took on more edgy personas. During this time Johnson began feuding with the Nation of Domination after he left that group due to injury.
As 1998 continued, Johnson made less and less appearences. He began to to put on weight, and his wrestling skills were starting to suffer.
Johnson was released from the WWF in 1998. His wrestling skills had begun to cause injury to his opponents.
He was picked up by WCW in late 1999 and took on the character of "Big T" in the reformed Harlem Heat. He was released by WCW shortly before the company was purchased by it's long-time rival the WWF.
