D2 was a model of computer built by Swedish company Datasaab. It was used in aircraft to assist with navigation. The first D2 was built in 1960.

The D2 received its input from paper tape. Not only did it use transistor technology, but it was also one of the first computers to be completely miniaturised. The D2 weighed approximately 200 kg, and could be placed on a desktop. In its time, it was the fastest computer in Europe.

Both the civilian and military sectors used the D2 - the military version was known as SANK.

The D2 was superseded in 1962 by the D21, which incorporated a tape drive for storage.
