Dale V. BlanchardDale Virgil Blanchard (born 1958) of Solon, Ohio, is an American politician of the Democratic party.In 2002, Blanchard, a certified public accountant, was the Democratic nominee challenging incumbent Republican Steven C. LaTourette, who holds a seat in the United States House of Representatives. In 2004, Blanchard sought the nomination again but lost to Capri S. Cafaro.
