DGD
The DGD driver was written from the ground up and, therefore, is not really a direct descendent from LPMud. Dworkin, the author, enforced a rather bare bones approach to the construction of the Driver, as it never was meant to only be a MUD driver (hence the 'generic' part of the name). Features of the driver included, compile-in-place, and statedumps, which allows a fully persistent system. This means, no reboots, and none of the typical reset system in almost all muds. A never-ending game world could be created. Unfortunately, the lack of decent mudlibs has retarded its use. DGD has the following MUDlibs: Phantasmal can be found at phantasmal.sourceforge.netSkotos 2.0Melville2.4.5GurbaLPMOO
