Dmitri Timofeyevich YazovDmitri Timofeyevich Yazov (born 1923) was a Marshal of the Soviet Union. He served as Soviet defense minister between 1987 and 1991. He was a member of anti-Gorbachev putsch in 1991 known as the August Coup.
