Doc Ozone
Doctor Thaddeus Ozone is a leading expert in both Photoshop and Dynamic HTML. He spun off the Ozone Asylum, a discussion forum, and this has itself spun off a number of projects including the Gurus Network—a collaborative project to distill the ideas and knowledge of the Asylum's inmates. He currently lives in Cardiff by the Sea (a small community north of San Diego in the U.S. state of California, USA), after spending over five years in Sweden.
