Dr Jumba Jookiba
Dr. Jumba Jookiba is an alien from the movie and television series Lilo & Stitch He is mostly purple-skinned with four yellow eyes, and speaks in a vaguely Russian accent. Although he seems not generally cruel, he is a mad scientist and acts accordingly. He was the alien scientist who created experiment 626, aka Stitch, and the other experiments. In the movie he was placed in a galactic jail because of his forbidden genetic experiments. He was later released and sent off to Earth with agent Pleakley in order to recapture the experiment for which he had been jailed. He was later quietly left on Earth, likely to avoid becoming a nuisance elsewhere in the galaxy, and has become a part of Lilo's extended family. Jumba, who loves to tinker, has made modifications to the house, such as a vaccum-tube elevator in the hallway.
