Emotional DesignEmotional Design is both the title of a book by Donald Norman and of the concept it represents. The main issues is that emotions have a crucial role the human ability to understand the world, and how they learn new things. Pretty objects, seem to not only look better but also work better: whenever someones uses something he considers nice to look at or touch, he will be to better understand it, will accept more from it errors, and will thus use it with more ease.
