• Estate may mean the grounds surrounding any very large property, such as a country house or mansion.

• An estate car in British English is a car body style also known (US) as a Station wagon. Volvo is particularly known for its estate cars.
• One of the Estates of the realm, such as the Third Estate. The Press is often referred to as the Fourth Estate.
• Estates-General may refer to one or more parliaments.
