F. R. G. Heaf

 

F. R. G. Heaf

Professor F.R.G. Heaf (b.1895) was a British physician.

He was born in Desborough. He attended Cambridge University and St Thomas' Hospital as a medical student.
He followed a career in Public health and became a Professor at the University of Wales in 1949.
His lifelong interest was in tuberculosis and the test used in the UK for immunity to TB used is named for him.
