Gasherbrum IIIGasherbrum III, situated between Gasherbrum II and IV of the Gasherbrum massif, is the fifteenth highest mountain in the world. It was the highest unclimbed peak up to 1974. Gasherbrum III was first climbed in 1975 by Wanda Rutkiewicz, Alison Chadwick-Onyszkiewicz, Janusz Onyszkiewicz and Krystof Zdzitowiecki of a Polish expedition. See also
