Gemini Project
The Gemini Project is a fictional project in Point Blanc, one of Anthony Horowitz's Alex Rider series.
Mission
The Gemini Projects mission is to clone the sons of influential people. As the name says, Gemini is depicted as twins in the horoscope chart. The Gemini Project became successful when a sinister and sadistic doctor named Hugo Grief wanted to take over the world by using his clones. The twins were then physically altered look like some of the teenagers who resided.
Location
The Gemini Project took place in a "school" on a mountain top. The school was heavily guarded, and was more of a prison. The boys who lived there were unable to climb down the mountain since it was steep and there were guards at the bottom.
Failure
The Gemini Project failed when Alex Rider found out about Hugo Grief's plan and escaped from the school. He then informed Tulip Jones about the Grief's plans and the plan was considered a failure by its leaders. The clones were sent somewhere, but noone knew where were. Grief died in a helicopter crash.
