Girl with a Monkey
Girl with a Monkey is a small-time Swedish pop/rock band. Monika Kovacs (actually Australian) does the vocals. Kovacs and Robert Stenius usually do the lyrics. Robert Stenius also does the synthesiser. Thomas Norstedt is on drums, Charlie Friberg on electric guitar, Daniel Bremer on bass guitar, and John Helmer is on another guitar (but I might actually have the bass/guitar thing mixed up). The music is often gothy or depressive—but not always, and they rely on the synthesiser a lot.
