G. Mennen Williams Freeway
The G. Mennen Williams Freeway is a 1 or 2 mile segment of freeway in the Mackinaw City, USA vincinity. Construction began in 1957 along with the construction of the Mackinac Bridge. It is hard to pinpoint where the nameplate of this freeway segment ends whether it's US-31 or M-108. It's southern terminus in 1957-1960 was M-108 (Nicolet St.). At that time, that segment of freeway was discrete and now it's part of the freeway system. This segment of freeway continues on as the Mackinac Bridge. This segment of freeway extended southerly to US-31 in 1960.
