Goshin-Ryu Kempo, founded by Professor Jorgen Jorgensen in 1996, is an all-round and effective Martial art with its foundations in Karate, Ju Jutsu, Taekwondo and Thai boxing. Technically, Kempo crosses the traditional boundaries you often see within the Martial Arts world. Here you find everything you normally need training in two or three different Arts to receive; everything from kicks, punches and blocks to throws, grappling and how to break free of a hold. All this mixed together to suit us in the West and the social climate we live in today.

Goshin-Ryu Kempo is a quickly growing Martial Art with a concept of self defense that's among the most effective there is. However, within Goshin-Ryu Kempo you don't only learn an effective self defense, you also grow as a human person by training your mental capacities. You learn to focus on what's in front of you RIGHT NOW. Further you're taught something that not everybody in today's society understand - humility and respect for your fellow beings.
