Heidevolk

Heidevolk is a Dutch folk metal band, founded in 2002 by Sebas Bloeddorscht. They sing in Dutch, their lyrics center on early medieval and pagan themes, primarily on the Germanic tribes of the Saxons who (also) lived in the eastern parts of the Netherlands and thus also in the Dutch province Gelderland, and on Germanic mythology.

The first songs were Krijgsvolk (People of war) and Gelders Volkslied (Geldrian Anthem).
