Hex (TV Series)
Hex is a U.K. television series about a girl called Cassie who is threatened by the past from the leader of the Nephilim, Azazeal. A sharp, supernatural drama about teenagers made in the U.K. It's the tale of a slightly awkward but beautiful teenage girl discovering she has special powers. The series which is generally much more darker in nature and sexier, and it is believed to be designed to make Buffy and Angel nothing more than child's play. Created by the creators of "As If". The show is set in a remote English school, and is about the chilling story of one girl's exploration of the supernatural and her own sexual awakening. Cassie is a shy student who discovers she is cursed by terrifying links to the past. Longing to be popular, but only truly loved by her best friend, Thelma the lesbian ghost. Cassie realises she possesses dangerous powers. Stalked by Azazeal, the leader of the Nephilim, Cassie has no choice but to fight against the powerful forces that threaten her existence. "Hex" theme song is sung by Garbage with their "#1 Crush (Goth Remix)". This series can be seen on Sky One, a U.K. satellite and cable channel.
