Hex boardA hex board is a gameboard used in many strategic wargames in place of a regular board divided into squares. A hex board is divided into hexagons rather than squares. This allows a more natural movement of pieces as opposed to square boards which allow a piece to travel a greater distance when moving diagonally. |
