Huish is a village and civil parish in the English county of Wiltshire.
Location
Huish is situated on the south-facing edge of the Marlborough Downs, where the downs adjoin the Vale of Pewsey. Nearby towns and cities: Devizes, Marlborough, Swindon Nearby villages: Oare, Pewsey, West Stowell, Wilcot
Local government
Huish is a civil parish with an elected parish council. It falls within the the areas of Kennet District Council and Wiltshire County Council. All three councils are responsible for different aspects of local government.
