Jamie Redknapp

Jamie Redknapp (born June 25, 1973 in Barton-on-Sea) is an English footballer.

Redknapp started his career at A.F.C. Bournemouth under his father, manager Harry Redknapp, before going on to play for Liverpool and later Tottenham Hotspur. He is currently playing for Southampton, once again under his father. Redknapp has also been capped for England, but his career has been dogged by injury.

In 1998 Redknapp married the singer Louise Nurding. His cousin is footballer Frank Lampard.
