Johan van GalenJohan van Galen (c. 1598 – 23 March 1653) was an Admiral in the navy of the United Provinces of the Netherlands. He fought in the Eighty Years' War against Spain and in the First Anglo-Dutch War against the Commonwealth of England. He was killed at the Battle of Leghorn.
