Laminated Veneer Lumber

Laminated Veneer Lumber

Laminated veneer lumber are a preferred choice for headers, beams, rimboard, and edge-forming material. By using LVLs builders can benefit from quicker installations, faster set-up times, and less labor.

LVL is stronger, straighter, and more uniform than typical milled lumber. An LVL is created by using engineering technology to laminate several layers of lumber together. LVLs are easy to handle and easy to use as common lumber, however it won't warp, twist, bow, or shrink.
