MacIntyre River

MacIntyre River

The MacIntyre River rises in the Great Dividing Range in eastern New South Wales, flows northwards to Queensland, where it serves as part of the New South Wales/Queensland border, before eventually flowing south into the Barwon River.

The MacIntyre and Barwon, along with the rivers Murray and Darling, form the Murray-Darling river system, at 3370 kilometres, the longest continuous river system in Australia.
