Maj SjöwallMaj Sjöwall (born 1935) is a Swedish author. She is best known for the collaborative work with her husband Per Wahlöö on a series of detective novels published between 1965 and 1975. As a team they wrote ten novels about the exploits of Martin Beck, a police detective in Stockholm. They also wrote novels separately.
