MASM32
MASM32 is a set of 32-bit assembler development tools and libraries for Windows based on Microsoft's MASM assembler and linker. However, it is developed independently by assembler programmers and distributed as freeware. and more. All the documentation included is very exhaustive and covers all basic programming topics. Still, MASM32 is not a tool for complete beginners to programming.
