This is a list of current members of Dáil Éireann: the lower house of the Oireachtas (legislature) of the Republic of Ireland. The current Dáil was elected in the May, 2002 general election and will serve until 2007 at the latest. The list is given by constituency.

  • 1 November, 2004 - John Bruton (FG) resigns his seat in Meath to become European Union Ambassador to the United States.
  • 1 November, 2004 - Charlie McCreevy (FF) resigns his seat in Kildare North to become the Republic's European Commissioner
  • 11 March 2005 - Catherine Murphy (Ind) is elected in Kildare North to replaced Charlie McCreevy; Shane McEntee (FG) is elected in Meath to replace John Bruton.
