MIRCStats
mIRCStats is an IRC Log analyzing and statistics creating tool created by Mikko "Ave" Auvinen. The program takes log files, which are IRC conversations written to a file by an IRC client. mIRCStats was originally developed to analyze mIRC logs, but since its beggining new parsers for different IRC clients have been written.
Features
mIRCStats is capable of creating extensive statistics on fields such as URLs, foul words, words written by nickname, among others.
Criticism
Some people who use other tools like pisg criticize mIRCStats claiming that is pressuposes mIRCStats. However, those people do not actively attack it.
