MoFo may have several different meanings: Slang*An abbreviation for the term Mother fuckerAn acronym for:*Morrison & Foerster a Law firm based in San Francisco. :The firm's nickname since at least the 1970's gained noteriety due to its similarity to the slang term through a bit by Jay Leno on The Tonight Show [1]. The firm first filed for a trademark for MoFo in 1995 and later had a MoFo logo on the firms website, as well as shirts, coffee-cups and othe trinkets. As of February 28, 2005; however the firm has returned to the more conservative Morrison Foerster although MoFo is still used as the firm's url http://www.mofo.com.
