Mr.Children

Mr. Children or Misuchiru as they are known to their fans is a famous Japanese rock band group formed in 1989 by four members:

Kazutoshi Sakurai: Vocals/Guitars/Keyboards (March 8, 1970)

Kenichi Tahara: Guitars/Keyboards (September 24, 1969)

Keisuke Nakagawa: Bass/Background Vocals (August 26, 1969)

Hideya Suzuki (Her Nickname as Jen): Drums/Percussion/Background Vocals (November 14, 1969)

They made their debut in 1992 with their mini-album "Everything." In 1993, they made their first million seller with their fourth single, "Cross Road."
The next single, "innocent world," was awarded the Japan Record Award in 1994. They continued to release hit songs like "Tomorrow never knows" and "Namonaki-uta", and many of them became million sellers.

In 1997, they took a long vacation, and came back to the Japanese music scene the next year with the single "Owari-naki-tabi."

On December 31 2004, their song "Sign," was again awarded the Japan Record Award, ten years after the first.
