NHIndustries is a helicopter manufacturing company established in 1992 by Agusta of Italy, Eurocopter of Germany and France as well as Stork Fokker Aerospace of the Netherlands. The shares held by each of these companies in NHIndustries are: - Agusta: 32%

- Fokker: 5.5%
