NOD32

 

NOD32


NOD32 is an antivirus program made by the Slovak company Eset. It's current version is 2.12.3. NOD32 has been written for (or ported to) many platforms such as Windows, DOS, Novell, various BSD, Linux file and mail servers, and various Email servers. An application to remotely manage installations is also provided.

NOD32 has been rated as one of the best at Virus Bulletin, and it uses advanced heuristics detection in addition to regularly updated signature files. NOD32 excels in detection of In-The-Wild virusses and is one of the fastest scanners.
