This creature has not been seen in the Harry Potter books, and probably never will. There is little information on this creature, but it provides a sufficient explantation for this. Please take note that this information is taken entirely from "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" as a result.

"This East African beast is arguably the most dangerous in the world. A gigantic leopard that moves silently despite its size and whose breath causes disease virulent enough to eliminate entire villages, it has never yet been subdued by fewer than a hundred skilled wizards working together."
