OberkailOberkail is a small town with about 600 inhabitants in the rural area of Eifel, in the western part of Germany.In earlier times there was a large castle which was destroyed by French soldiers around 1774. Oberkail was mentioned for the first time in 1201, called "Hof zu Keyle". In former times a lot of people from eifel area went to America for better conditions. External Link
