Obertauern
Obertauern is a medium-sized ski resort in the Austrian province of Salzburg.
It is popular with German tourists but almost unknown in other countries as it doesn't
promote package holidays. Famous for its high proportion of advanced-level
skiing pistes and much higher snowfall rates than neighbouring ski resorts.
Obertauen is a base for the Austrian olympic ski team.
Though not famed for its apres ski, it is considered to
