Our Miss Brooks
Our Miss Brooks was a situation comedy that that started in radio and transferred to television in the USA. Miss Brooks was an English teacher in Madison High School, and the show was about her daily relationships with students, other teachers, and her principal, Mr Conklin. The program starred Eve Arden as Connie Brooks, Robert Rockwell as biology teacher Philip Boynton, and Gale Gordon as Osgood Conklin. Gene Barry appeared in the latter days of the series as physical education teacher Gene Talbot. There were 154 episodes before the show was cancelled in 1956.
