PikkonA character from Dragonball Z of an unknown species. He is similar in presentation to Piccolo in that they're both serious, green skinned and wear weighted clothing. He is strong enough to beat Super Perfect Cell in their first encounter. However although he is strong he has no forms to ascend to, so is eventually outstripped by Goku in terms of power.
