Polyvinyl acetatePolyvinyl acetate or PVA is a rubbery synthetic polymer.Polyvinyl acetate was discovered in Germany by Dr Fritz Klatte in 1912. It is sold, as an emulsion in water, as an adhesive for porous materials, particularly wood.
