Pylons of VoerdeThe Pylons of Voerde are two carrying pylons of the combined 220kV/110kV-powerline crossing the river Rhine near Voerde at the Lower Rhine. The Pylons of Voerde were built in 1926 and designed for the arrangment of 6 conductors in three levels. The pylons weigh 172 tons and have a height of 138 metres. |
