Rukario
Rukario is the second-known Pokémon of the fourth-generation series. Not much is currently known about this Pokémon. It appears in the 8th Pokémon movie, Mew and the Wave Guiding Hero - Rukario. Rukario is most likely a legendary Pokémon, because of its relationship with Mew in the 8th movie.
