Sapindales
See text
The Sapindales is an order of flowering plants included among the rosid subgroup of dicotyledons. Inclusion of the following families is now typical of newer taxonomic schemes: Under the older Cronquist system, some genera of Sapindaceae were placed in separate families (Aceraceae and Hippocastanaceae), and the following families were included in the Sapindales: - Family Staphyleaceae
- Family Melianthaceae
- Family Bretschneideraceae
- Family Akaniaceae
- Family Julianiaceae
- Family Cneoraceae
- Family Zygophyllaceae
Species comprising the Nitrariaceae were included within the Zygophyllaceae, and those in the Kirkiaceae within the Simaroubaceae.
