Sconex
Sconex is an online directory service for high school students, started in late 2004.
Sconex accounts can only be created by invitation from existing members ("friends").
Users are able to post their class schedules, make photo albums, and enter lists of their favorite activities, films, books, and music. According to Sconex's copyright policy, all content posted on Sconex becomes the property of Sconex. Sconex is supported by graphical advertisements on its pages and by clickthrough advertising to Amazon.com in the lists of users' favorite movies and books. See also Myspace
