Seiyo, EhimeSeiyo (西予市 -shi) is a city located in Ehime, Japan.The city was formed on April 1, 2004 from the merger of 4 towns from the former Higashiuwa District (Akehama, Uwa, Nomura, and Shirokawa) and the town of Mikame from Nishiuwa District. As of 2004, the city has an estimated population of 47,217 and the density of 91.81 persons per km². The total area is 514.78 km². External links |
