Shenzhen Airlines

Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. is a People's Republic of China domestic budget airline based in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Shenzhen, Guangdong. It was founded in 1992, and currently operates 27 aircraft, all of which are various versions of 737. It one of the most profitable airlines in China. In 2004 it founded with the german partners Lufthansa Cargo and DEG the international cargo airline Jade Cargo International which will start operation in September 2005.

As of 2004 it runs more than 40 routes, mostly from Shenzhen with 7 routes from Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou. It serves primarily smaller airports in second tier cities such as Nanning and Wuxi.

In 2004 Shenzen Airlines operated 12 Boeing 737 aircraft. Their fleet now consists of the following aircraft (at March 2005):
