Silbermond

The band originally formed in 2000 under the name Jast, which comes from the first letters of the band members' names. In 2001, they changed their name to Silbermond ("Silver moon"). As opening act for Jeanette Biedermann in February 2004, they became increasingly popular in Germany and Austria.
