STFUSTFU is an initialism currently common in Internet slang. It stands for "shut the fuck up" (a more offensive form of the phrase "shut up" or "shut the hell up" (STHU)). The Southern Tenant Farmers Union, a labor organization of sharecropper farmers in the Southern part of the United States in 1935, was also widely known under this initialism.
