Svitrigaila
) Švitrigaila (alternative spellings: Swidrygiello, Svitrigaylo, Svidryhajla, Svidrigailo, Swidrigailo; Boleslaw; ca 1370 – 10 February 1452 Lutsk) was the Grand Prince of Lithuania during 1430 - 1432, Prince of Witebsk 1392 – 1393, 1430 – 1436, Podolia 1400 – 1402, Novhorod-Siversky 1404 – 1408, 1420 – 1438, Czernichow 1419 – 1430, pan Wolynia 1437 – 1452. He was brother of Demetrius I Starszy and Wladyslaw II Jagiello. In 1432 he was dethroned by the supportes of Zygimantas Kestutaitis. Later he sought help from Livonian Order and Poles, but was defeated in the battle near Lake Zirnajai in 1435.
