Tina Wesson

Tina Wesson became champion of the second edition of Survivor filmed in the Outback of Australia in 2000 and aired in the United States in 2001. Wesson, a nurse from Tennessee, outlasted 15 other players. She was the first woman to win the $1 million prize. She returned in 2004 for but was the first person voted off the show. Her status as a previous winner was one of the reasons behind the decision for her tribe to vote her off.

Tina had many attributes that made her popular with viewers. She was an attractive blonde with a positive, outgoing personality and a competitive attitude. In addition, while she already had a thin figure at the start of the competition, the six weeks of starvation and exercise made her extremely skinny.

She also appered on HGTV's Designer's Challange. She and her husband wanted a room to remined her of her experience at the outback.
