TNB
TNB Coordinates are a coordinate system based on three orthonormal vectors: T, N, and B. T is the unit tangent vector, a vector of length 1 tangent to the path of a particle. N is the unit normal vector, a vector of length 1 at right angles to the path of a particle, pointing to the center of the curvature of the path of the particle. B, the binormal vector, is the vector product of T and N. This coordinate system of very useful in differential geometry and kinematics, for example, for describing the general motion of spacecraft.
